What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 2 day cancellation policy, no refunds will be provided if cancelled within that time. We do understand that things change however, and you will be able to use your payment towards a future service!
Do you offer group discounts?
We do! If you have multiple people in your neighborhood who would all like to book on the same day within a set time frame, we are happy to offer a discounted rate. These will vary based on how many services are needed. Please reach out with specific details for a quote.
What areas do you service?
Currently we serve a 10 mile radius around the Golden Valley area for Dog Walking and Pet Check Ins. We serve a 30 mile radius for Psychology services. We do go outside of these areas based on special requests and circumstances as well.
What hours are you available?
Our typical hours are daily 8am-7pm. We also know that last minute things come up, and you may have an urgent need for our services. We are happy to accommodate anything that we can outside of our normal hours. Just text 612-486-2787 and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Do you have experience with special needs and/or senior animals?
Absolutely! We love our senior and special needs animals! Just let us know their specific needs and we're happy to accommodate.
Do you administer medications?
We are happy to administer oral or topical medications. We are not certified to administer intramuscular shots or IV's.
